🌟 Empowering Organisations with Flexible Work Arrangements: SPETA's Collaboration with TAFEP Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices and Singapore Polytechnic 🌟

SPETA recently collaborated with the Tripartite Alliance for Fair & Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP) and Singapore Polytechnic (SP) to host sessions on the Tripartite Guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangements Requests (TGFWAR), which will come into effect on 1st December 2024.

Held on 3rd June and 11th July, these sessions aimed to equip organisations with the knowledge to implement Flexible Work Arrangements (FWAs). TAFEP shared invaluable insights on the guidelines, while SP highlighted the impact of FWAs on Talent Attraction and Retention.

Both sessions were a resounding success, attracting over 40 participants eager to learn about the benefits and implementation strategies of FWAs. Participants engaged in break-out sessions to discuss and share practical tips. Companies that have already implemented FWAs shared their experiences, highlighting both the benefits and challenges faced. The sessions emphasised the importance of balancing productivity with employee well-being.
